Yate Academy
Yate Academy is a vibrant school with a huge amount to offer the students and the community. As well as achieving exceptional outcomes, students here experience so many other things from an extensive Tutor Time Reading Programme, timetabled choir and orchestra, elite sports’ coaching and a wide offer of societies and clubs. We are so proud of our Academic Enrichment and Scholars’ Programmes which gives students opportunities to build their experiences prior to going to university. Students have a chance to engage in lectures by speakers from a wide variety of domains, from Polar Explorers to University Chemistry Professors. Our Bright Sparks lectures give students the chance to really question and think about some fascinating ideas.
On top of all of this, we have staff who are incredibly talented and go above and beyond every day to do the very best for our students. The curriculum is wide and allows students to show their creativity as well as their academic ability.
