Subscription costs for all schools include:
- full use of the app for unlimited number of staff and students
- access to ‘how to’ videos and IT support
- Bespoke, ongoing support from WCSQM where required to facilitate a successful integration of the app into your school curriculum and practices, to ensure maximum benefit and value for money
- Access to downloadable resources including certificates of achievement, letter templates, promotion materials, updated examples of how students from other schools are proving the characteristics etc.
- Access to an optional school to school, student to student mentoring process
Accredited (bronze, silver, gold and founder level) schools also receive:
- Use of WCEN style guide and branding
- Social media support from WCSQM to support schools’ promotion and recruitment etc.
- Free promotion of your World Class school on the WCEN website.
- Student membership to the WCEN Alumni Association
- Access to student leadership opportunities, such as assessor training, volunteer opportunities, mentoring
- Access to WCSQM discounts and deals from our Suppliers’ Directory
- Free entry to WCSQM events including the annual Symposium and Awards Ceremony (subject to your school / student/s being nominated for an award).
- Access to WCSQM and WCSQM partner events and initiatives including the annual essay writing competition, staff CPD opportunities, and regular profile development events from WCSQM partner LinkedIn.
- A WCSQM plaque for display at your school, featuring your school name and the year of accreditation (accreditation only)
- Free entry for a specified number of staff / students to the WCSQM Awards Ceremony where students will be presented with their school’s WCSQM plaque.

Assessment costs
Schools applying for WCSQM accreditation for the first time will need to carry out a two-stage assessment process as follows. Re-accrediting schools will only need to undertake Stage 2 of the assessment process every two years in order to maintain their accreditation.
As a charity we aim to subsidise as much of the assessment costs as possible, and ask schools to pay a small administration fee for each stage of accreditation (contact us for details).

Assessment costs include:
- An individual student and whole school assessment process carried out by WCSQM trained student and Qualified Assessors, with high quality, bespoke feedback
- A one-day assessment centre event for up to six students
- Detailed individual student and whole school assessment reports against the WCSQM framework
- Access to a range of resources produced as a result of the assessment process, available to use for promotional purposes
Mentoring (optional)
Schools considering accreditation can choose to undertake an optional mentoring process – (Further information on mentoring can be found on the Moving towards accreditation page).
