The CREATE Education Project runs a series of free introductory webinars for 3D printing in the classroom. The webinars are open to all teachers and school staff. The webinars are split into Primary or Secondary specific sessions and run from 4pm – 5pm. 

The introductory webinars run through: 

• how to start 3D printing with your class
• resources and ideas
• health and safety in the classroom and much more….

Training opportunities

The CREATE Education Project has fully funded 3D design software training opportunities which they can offer Secondary and FE teachers. The fully funded training is for Autodesk Fusion 360 software, which combines CAD, CAM, CAE and PCB technologies. It’s an industry standard software, meaning Key Stage 4 and 5 students are being trained with real industry skills which they can take forward to apprenticeships or careers. For schools, they are offering 4 hours of CPD, which will be delivered by one of our  Autodesk certified trainers on site. For FE or Sixth Form teachers, they are offering 12 hours of CPD training, broken down into 4 different workshops. Again, this is delivered on site, in person by an Autodesk certified trainer. Schools need a minimum number of 5 staff to qualify for the fully funded training. If you are interested, you need to get in touch with us at CREATE Education via j.morrell@createeducation.com.
