On 17th March 2022 Houlton School, a brand new free school in Rugby, hosted the World Class Schools Quality Mark (WCSQM) Assessment Centre, welcoming 175 students from 30 primary and secondary schools applying for WCSQM re-accreditation.

Students from Bluecoat Wollaton Academy who were nominated by staff for their outstanding contribution to school life have been recognised at the World Class Schools Quality Mark (WCSQM) awards ceremony held at the Sheldonian Theatre in Oxford.
The WCSQM Alumni Association, in partnership with the Outreach Team Target Schools and the Chemistry Department at St Edmund Hall, Oxford University offered Alumni GCSE and A Level students an exclusive Chemistry Taster Day in April 2022.
